Our Terms

Welcome to Caubel’s Availability, Rates and Terms. If you have questions regarding any of this information, please feel free to contact Nancy at nancy@caubelretreats.com and we would be happy to answer or clarify any of these details.

MINIMUM STAY & CHECK IN/OUT TERMS
Minimum stay is one week (e.g., Saturday to Saturday). Check-in after 4 p.m. and Check-out before 10 a.m. A 10% discount is offered for rentals of two weeks or more. We are unable to consider rentals for more than 60 days.

PAYMENTS
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking with final amount due 3-months before the commencement of your rental period. A confirmation will be emailed to you along with the payment schedule. If you are booking within 3 months of your arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION
Please note that cancellation within the 3-month period is non-refundable. We therefore recommend you purchase cancellation insurance. In the event you do need to cancel within the 3-month period, we will do our best to re-let the villa. If successful, we will refund your payment less any expenses incurred by us.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €500 security deposit is also due at the time of your booking. If you cancel your booking, this amount will be refunded to you within 7 days of cancellation. If after your stay, the villa is in good condition and with no serious property damage, your security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days.

END OF STAY CLEANING
Your rental includes end of stay cleaning. To help maintain the overall cleanliness of Caubel, we kindly ask for you to go through the villa and ensure the property is tidy and clean upon your departure. Our lovely team of cleaners will then make sure the villa is as thoroughly cleaned and in the same perfect state as it was when you arrived.

INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY
• Luxurious bed and bath linens from The White Company; hammam pool towels
• Kitchen linens, sponge, garbage bags, recycling bags, paper towel and toilet paper
• Mid-stay bed changeover and bathroom refreshing if renting for two weeks. This will be provided weekly if renting for more than three weeks.
• Bath toiletries, hairdryer
• Pool Heating from April to October
• StarLink WiFi
• SmartTV; two Bluetooth enabled speakers
• Utilities: water; heating/air conditioning; electricity
• Firewood for grill, fire pit and wood stoves
• Cleaning products & detergents for dishwashing and laundry
